M5 TUNNEL VENTILATION SYSTEM

2001
- Commissioning of large diameter, axial supply and extraction systems.
- Measurement of high velocity air flow in tunnel ventilation stacks.
ABC ACCOMODATION REDEVELOPMENT

2002 – 2004
- Set-up of acoustically sensitive, broadcast studio air-conditioning systems.
- Stayed on at completion of commissioning to provide facilities management services.

- 39 floor commercial tower.
- Balance and BMS calibration of variable air volume boxes.
- De-centralised air plant, with four AHUs serving each floor.
UNSW LOWY CANCER RESEARCH CENTRE

- Commissioning of constant volume CACV supply boxes in pressure controlled laboratories.
- Balance of central chilled, condenser & heating hot water plant.

- 2 tower commercial & retail development.
